Huge, but in a good way! This heating wrap / pad is a wondrous invention. What I'm saying is , it's well worth your money to purchase this heating pad, and yes there has been heating pads around for a long time but this was ingenious. First off, it will fit many different sized people with ease , the velcro closure is very easy to handle by yourself.

Guilty confession...I have more heating pads than you can imagine. I have 2 drawers and a large pull out under my bed for heating pads. I have small ones dor the foot of my bed, large ones dor mid upper back, weighted wrap around the neck ones, portable ones, and this is the first with velcro that can be used for lower back or around the front for abdominal pain and keep your hands warm.
